“Bagdad! Martinique! Singapore! And all the places of the world where danger and intrigue walk hand in hand – there you will find Steve Mitchell, on another dangerous assignment!” Mitchell is sent off on each adventure by his boss, the Commissioner, with a critical mission to fulfill. In Nigeria, Havana, or Damascus, Steve may be sent to track down missing weapons, recover stolen plans, reveal traitors, prevent civil wars, or hunt for nazi weapons, plans and scientists. As Steve himself would say, “Yeah, danger is my assignment, I get sent to a lot of places I can’t even pronounce, they all spell the same thing, though, trouble.”
